Register for the Kroger Community Rewards Program
Every time you shop at Kroger, use your Kroger plus card (after signing up for the program), and you are making a donation to Central Ohio Diabetes Association.
To sign up for the first time just follow the steps below:
1. Go to http://www.krogercommunityrewards.com/
2. Click on the purple “Ohio” link
3. Click on “enroll” at the bottom of the page
4. Register as a new customer
5. Click “sign up today”
6. Complete form and click “confirm”
7. Click the link in your confirmation email & follow instructions
8. After confirmation is complete, follow step 1 again
9. Verify your Kroger Plus card number & click “save changes”
10. Verify your contact information & click “save changes”
11. Enter our number 80931 and select CENTRAL OHIO DIABETES ASSOCIATION
12. Click “save changes” at the bottom of the page
The next time you shop, the bottom of your receipt will indicate that a donation has been made to Central Ohio Diabetes Association.
Re-enroll for the Kroger Community Rewards Program
To renew your enrollment simply follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account online at www.kroger.com
2. Click on “My Account” near the upper right hand corner of the screen:

3. Click on “Community Rewards” on the account screen and look for “Edit Community Rewards Program Info”
